She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, general relationship challenges, and faith-integrated Christian therapy. Angela's therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and relational, balancing meaningful insight with deeper emotional exploration. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, tailoring her approach to each client she works with. She recognizes that meaningful growth looks different for everyone, and takes the time to understand each person's unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals; creating a counseling process that feels both supportive and purposeful. Together, she and her clients explore what's contributing to current challenges, build greater self-awareness, and identify practical, meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change. Angela has been practicing since 2017 and has since opened her own private practice. She holds an MS in Clinical Counseling from California Baptist University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy, also at California Baptist University. She is EMDRIA-trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is a member of CAMFT and AACC.
